# Protocols

## Beschreibung

Im Use Case Protocols werden Dokumente aus der Partnerlösung in das jeweilige ERP System (Archiv Kompakt) übertragen. Bei der Übertragung muss das Archiv/Dokumententyp angegeben werden, in das das Dokument abgelegt werden soll. Die Indexwerte zur Qualifizierung des Dokumentes werden aus den Stammdaten vom ERP - System automatisch ergänzt. Dazu muss im ERP System eine Einrichtung am Archiv/ Dokumententyp erfolgen.
